Sambal recipe by Bu Cucu

500 gram or half a kilo of red chillis
4 cloves of garlic
200 mil or 1 glass of cooking oil 
Pinch of pepper
1 lemon tree leaf

Use a blender or vitamizer or food processor to mash all the chillis 
Use a blender or vitamizer or food processor to mash all the garlic cloves
Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan until hot.
Add the garlic clove mash  to the already hot oil in the wok or pan
After an aroma is released from the garlic oil mix, add the the mashed chilis, pepper and the lemon leaf.
Stir for 20 minutes.
Put in fridge in glass jars with a lid after cooling
